Additional Equipment:
Some of the cushions in the cockpit are starting to show some signs of wear. There are some areas that are dry & cracking. Despite this, the cushions will last a very long time when properly cared for.
The port side bow rail is bent. There are some gel coat chips on the port side as well. Likely from the local boat traffic when he had it in the water at his dock. It looks like the boat came in contact with his sea wall. The chips are right up under the rub rail. The gel coat has a few minor scratches here or there. The boat shines up nice & the gelcoat cracks you would miss if you didn't look hard enough.
Water was found in the midships bilge & shower sump area.
Pictures show the extent of the water that has traveled through the fabrics. The aft/mid cabin bunk has water stains & has intrusion into the area likely from the sump area. Seller thought the shower sump wasn't working. However, it seems to be that the drain may be forward of that area & the way the boat is sitting on the trailer that may be why the water hasn't drained out. It over flows into the sump. The sump pumps it out of the box only. There may be a drain plug clogged as well. It could be from the cockpit drain above leaking. The carpet needs to be changed out. This can be doe relatively easy for not a giant expense. It is just indoor outdoor carpet. The pillows and other fabrics for the bedding in the aft/midships bunk needs cleaning. The foam cushions could be cleaned or just buy nice new ones. A nice memory foam one would be nice.
The boat is generally clean. It needs carpet.
It is Turn Key. It can be run on a moments notice. Seller lives fifteen minutes or less from the ramp.
At the helm there are electric engine hatch controls. However, It is not connected. The hatch is raised & lowered manually now. It can be hooked back up.
The hull is shine with some minor scratches here or there, but looks beautiful out on the water.
Since the seller hasn't used the boat so much. I would recommend a check up of the engines. All the hose connections look good. Nothing really looks bad in the engine room. A survey will double check the status of everything.
